Ordering from Everbrite Direct couldn’t be easier. Just follow our simple step-by-step guide below.
1. Find an Product Item Use the menu to select from windows, doors, conservatories or garage doors. Once you’ve chosen product category just follow the 4 simple steps to reach the item you require.
You can also find specific items by using the search box on the left of the page or browsing through the special offers.
2. Add the Item to Your Trolley Once you’ve selected your product, enter the quantity required and click on the ‘Add to Trolley’ button. Once the item has been added, you can continue shopping or go to the checkout.
If you want to see the items in your trolley, change the quantity you’ve ordered or remove items completely, click on the ‘Items’ panel in the top right corner. You can also view the item description here. Once you’ve made any changes, click on the ‘Update Trolley’ button.
3. Go to Checkout When you’ve added everything you need to your trolley, click 'go to checkout' and follow the simple instructions to complete your order. You’ll be asked for your payment details and to agree to our terms and conditions.
Once you’ve done this you’ll be given the chance to check your order once more before clicking on ‘Submit Order’.
We’ll send you an order reference by email and you can sit back and relax.
Trade customers If you’re in the trade, you can apply for a trade account by clicking on ‘Register’ and filling in the form. Alternatively you can call 0845 456 7668 and ask for details on the Everbrite Direct Trade account.
To use your trade account: 1. Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button and enter your user name and password. 2. Use the Everbrite Direct site exactly as described above – any trade discounts will automatically be applied to the products you choose.
